Há diversos exemplos sobre a ambição de se criar tecidos, órgãos e organismos humanos artificiais nos mitos, na literatura, na arte e nos sonhos. Incrivelmente, tais cenários de ficção têm se tornado cada vez mais articulados com a realidade a partir de meados do século XX, pois a criação artificial da vida começou a se materializar em diversas práticas das biociências contemporâneas com a emergência da bioengenharia de órgãos, que muito aspira pela construção de um Frankenstein com suas partes oriundas de uma cuba de vidro. Uma vez que a bioengenharia se trata de uma área muito complexa, diferenciada em tantos ramos de um rizoma, esta pesquisa utiliza como objeto de estudo, mais especificamente, a engenharia de tecidos do sistema nervoso, que almeja produzir células neurais in vitro interconectadas em estruturas complexas e nanopadronizadas pelo uso de células troncos e da impressão tridimensional. Nossa base filosófica para a compreensão de tecidos artificiais será sustentada pelos três modos de compreensão da realidade através de um arcabouço teórico que perpassa Gottfried Leibniz, Gilbert Simondon e Gilles Deleuze, em que buscaremos compreender dois andares metafísicos: o superior, relativo à representação do mundo, e o inferior, associado à matéria. Ainda, há autores nos servem como auxiliares nesta investigação, como Félix Guattari, François Jacob, Michel Foucault, entre outros que nos possam contribuir para elucidar a hipótese de que a compreensão das dobras no tecido nervoso artificial perpassa pelo entendimento da matéria e do espírito em meio às discursividades político-estéticas das biociências contemporâneas. |

| Abstract: |
There are several examples of the ambition of creating artificial tissues, organs and organisms in myths, literature, arts and dreams. Incredibly, those fiction scenarios have become even more articulated with reality since the mid of the 20th century because the artificial creation of life has been materialized in some practices of contemporary bioscience by the emergency of organs engineering, which aspires very much to construct a Frankenstein in a glass vat. Once bioengineering is such a complex field, differentiated into innumerous branches of a rhizome, this research has as more specific study object: the tissue engineering of nervous system, which aims to product neural cells in vitro that are interconnected with complex and nanopatterned structures by the use of stem cells and tridimensional printing. Our philosophical basis to understand the artificial tissues is sustained by the problem of the three ways of comprehending reality through the support of the theories of Gottfried Leibniz, Gilbert Simondon and Gilles Deleuze, by which we will look for two metaphysical floors: a superior one, related to the representation of the world, and an inferior one, vinculated to matter. Still, there are important authors who will help us in this investigation, such as Félix Guattari, François Jacob, Michel Foucault, etc., who will contribute to elucidate the hypothesis that the comprehension of the folds of an artificial nervous system goes through the understanding of the matter and the spirit among political, aesthetics discourses in contemporary biosciences. |
